These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, booking tools, and services operated by Vitric Media LLC ("Vitric Media", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our sites, submitting a form, or booking a call with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Vitric Media provides marketing and growth services for ecommerce businesses, along with scheduling tools that let you book consultations and strategy calls with our team.

2. Booking & Appointments

When you book a call, you agree to provide accurate contact information. We use that information to confirm, schedule, remind you of, and follow up regarding your appointment. You may reschedule or cancel using the links provided in your confirmation messages.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Vitric Media Appointment & Follow-Up Messaging

  1. This SMS program sends appointment confirmations, reminders for booked strategy calls, and follow-up messages. You receive these messages only after providing your mobile number and opting in on a Vitric Media web form.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to us. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@vitricmedia.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
  6. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Mobile information collected for this messaging program is never sold and is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our sites or services, attempt to disrupt them, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitric Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our sites or services.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our sites or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
